      I'm getting an "Error -50" for one of the songs on my mix.

      I'm getting error message when downloading my mix that says it's timed out and lists one of the songs on my mix

      1. Please click the 3 dots next to the mix and choose 'refresh download.' NOTE: You may have to refresh the download more than once.
      2. Then, please restart your device. Power it down, turn it off, then turn it back on.

      Both of these steps should resolve the issue. If the issue remains, please send a screenshot of the error message and tell us specifically what mix you are trying to play when this happens. https://www.powermusic.com/contact/
