Having trouble downloading my music inside the app.

Getting a "Failed - Network error" or just doesn't download or downloads intermittently.

  1. Restart your phone. Power it down, turn it off, then turn it back on.
  2. Try re-starting your router/modem.
  3. Lastly, try a different wi-fi connection to confirm it isn't internet connectivity issues.
