The app uses the same login as the one used for our website. Please make sure you use the same email you used to sign up for our subscription, which is usually the same email you use to log in to the PowerMusic.com website.
If you are unable to log in we recommend hitting the "Forgot Your Password" link on the sign in screen. You will then be sent an email with new password generated by us. Once you sign in with this new password you will then be given an opportunity to create new password of your choosing for your account. If you don't receive your new password via email within 10 minutes, first check your email's spam folder.
