My playlists are gone after your update.

Unfortunately during this upgrade, some playlists were lost. However, many were recovered. Contact us for instructions on how to recover yours.

We are terribly sorry your playlists have disappeared. We recently upgraded our systems and tried our absolute best to preserve as much data as we could, but unfortunately some things, such as playlists, were lost. (Several preemptive emails were sent to all customers who had playlists in their accounts prior to launch.) We found a solution for recovering most iOS playlists.
