If you are using PayPal or a Credit Card to place your order and it won't go through, your billing address may be missing.
If you click 'Place Order' and the page seems to refresh but the order won't go through, please check the ADDRESS BOOK section of your account. You are most likely unable to checkout because you don't have an address saved to your account.
Our system requires a default address be saved before the transaction can be processed. Once a default address is saved, you will then be able to proceed through checkout.
